React to a Comment
1. To get started, click on Inbox on the global navigation bar.
2. Open the email connected to the comment feed you want to react to.
Alternatively, you can click on the Comments tab and find the relevant comment feed from the comments inbox.
3. Click on the comments icon.
To open the comments feed, you can click directly on the Comments icon, or you can click anywhere on the associated tab located to the right of the email.
4. Hover over a comment to show its options menu.
5. Click on the options menu of the comment you want to react to.
6. Select a reaction from the dropdown.

| Like comment | Liking a comment is a great way to acknowledge a teammate without cluttering up the comment feed. When you like a comment Canopy will add a pill with a thumbs-up beneath the comment. You can click the pill to remove the like. You can also unlike a comment in the comment's options menu. |
| Mark as complete | Marking a comment as complete offers another way to acknowledge a teammate's comment. When you mark a comment as complete Canopy will add a pill with a checkmark beneath the comment. You can click the pill to unmark the comment. You can also unmark a comment in the comment's options menu. |
| Mark unread | Marking a comment as unread helps you to come back and read through anything you might not have time for at the moment. When you mark a comment as unread, Canopy will insert a red "new" line above the comment effectively separating all comments below the line from those above. The line will disappear when the comment feed is refreshed or you reenter the comment feed. |
| Set a reminder | When you set a reminder you will be asked to choose from 30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, Tomorrow, Next Week, or custom. Once you've set the reminder, you'll receive your preferred notification type at the specified time. A reminder icon will be visible beneath the associated comment. |
| Edit comment | Comments can be edited for five days after posting. When a comment has been edited, the word Edited will appear above the comment. |
