Canopy's global inbox automatically updates the notification count on your global navigation bar. If needed, turn this setting off in your Email and Calendar Settings.

Turn Off Inbox Notifications

1. Navigate to your Settings in Canopy.

2. Click Email and Calendar.

3. Click on the Inbox notification badge toggle.

  • If the toggle is green, inbox notifications are on.
  • If the toggle is grey, inbox notifications are not visible.
