You can complete client requests from your accountant in the Client Portal. Client requests are often sent for you to upload documents or provide information for your accountant. Client requests show up on your To-do list with a clipboard icon.
Complete a Client Request
2. Navigate to your To-do list on the left-side column.
3. Select a Client Request from your To-do list.
4. Review any notes or instructions from your practitioner.
7. To send your response to your practitioner, click Send.
8. After completing the client request, click on the checkbox to Mark as complete.
