You can complete fillable PDF files through the Client Portal app. All changes and edits made to fillable PDFs on mobile save automatically and reflect on your practitioner's end.

Complete a Fillable PDF on Mobile

1. Log in to your client portal app and go to the Files tab.

2. Locate a relevant fillable PDF file and tap to open.

3. Click available text boxes to enter information. 

4. To search the document, select the magnifying glass icon.

5.  To share the document, click the three stacked dots in the top right and select Share.

6. Press Save (iOS) or the checkmark (Android) to save your changes.
