Disconnecting your email account from Canopy means no emails can be sent or received within Canopy.
Disconnecting Your Email Account from Canopy
Start this process by clicking the drop-down arrow in-line with your Canopy name.
- Click Account Settings.
- Click Email & Calendar.
- Click Accounts.
- Select an email account.
- If you have only one account linked to Canopy, this will be your only option.
- A smaller window will pop up.
- To disconnect the email account but keep the emails imported from the account in Canopy, click Keep emails. Your email history will stay in Canopy, but you will not be able to receive or send new emails.
- Keeping or deleting the emails will still result in disconnecting the email account.
