Click on "New" from the Active Contacts list.
Adding an Individual
First and last name are the only required fields to create a new Contact. You can always add more Contact information later.
If your contact also owns a business, you can add their company name in the About section. Your contact's name is searchable from the Active Contacts list.
You will choose whether the contact is a Client, Prospect, or Other contact.
You can also add Spouse, Dependents, and Important Contact information to associate with the contact record.
You can also add Tags to your contacts that make it easy to categorize, group, filter, and view contacts based on custom descriptors.
Adding a Company
If your Contact is a business, click new, and choose Business.
Add your personal contact at that business in the contact section in the Business Contact Info section. The company name is searchable from the Active Contact list.
Click 'Next' at the bottom to invite team members as collaborators as well as your client to the client portal.
Select an email address added to invite a client to a client portal. You can also enter a new email. Click 'Skip For Now' if you're not ready to invite anyone yet.
Add a custom welcome message by selecting "Include a personalized message"
